What you share

The inquiry form collects your name, company, email, team size, your description of the work, and any phone number or service interest you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive client, patient, financial, or other confidential information.

How the form uses it

Your inquiry is used to understand your request and contact you about it. Once email delivery is configured, the server sends your inquiry to the company’s configured mailbox through its email provider. This site has no contact database and does not add you to a marketing list.

Technical information

The application uses temporary, in-memory request limits to reduce abuse. It hashes the submitted email address for these limits. When trusted proxy protection is configured, it also hashes the forwarded IP address. These entries expire and are removed on subsequent requests or when the process restarts. The hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Cookies and analytics

This implementation does not install advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If analytics or other services are added, the privacy information and any applicable consent controls must be updated.

Development and retention

In local development only, a form submission can be logged to the developer’s server console instead of emailed. Production does not use that mode. Retention in the company mailbox and provider systems must be defined by the company before launch.
